The paintings on the walls of the chapel depict the life of the young gentleman Aloysius Gonzaga. The initial three rear panel's lays emphasis on the early life of this saintly man. His childhood days, his days of preaching the townsfolk, the first ever communion of his life, etc. the Fifth panel stands out speaking about the admission of Aloysius to Jesuit Order. The other fragments of his life are beautifully painted on walls just above the altar. One of the most touching scenes depicted here is of Aloysius serving and helping the masses stricken by plague and later on, he too becomes a victim of the same and dies at the tender age of 23.

The very picturesque paintings of Anthony Moscheni also includes works showing glances of lives of St. Thomas, St. Peter Claver, BL. Rudolf Aquaviva, St. Francis of Assisi, St John Britto, etc. the birth of Jesus and his friendship with children are some of the masterpieces of the chapel.
